This coaching focuses on identifying triggers that cause you stress and, specific strategies to help you combat each of these triggers. Stress and Balance Coaching, helps you become more attune to what stress is and, its impact on your health, wellbeing and work performance as well as identifying what a healthy balance level is. Our coaching will help you identify and practice strategies that work specifically for you in various scenarios and find a balanced ‘equilibrium’. This may include elements of mindfulness and various other aspects of support training dependent on your unique needs and goals.
